Terms of Sale
When placing an order please ensure that you supply the full details of the item you are trying to order, i.e.
- type or style of design;
- size confirmation;
- full name, address and contact telephone number;
- We reserve the right to delay delivery in the following circumstances:
- incomplete or lack of order and delivery details;
- current orders can create a back log;
- machinery problems;
- payment has not cleared;
- We will only produce your item once full funds are cleared.
- All faulty/damaged items must be reported within 24 hours on receipt of delivery. We cannot offer replacements/refunds after this time unless under exceptional circumstances.
- Although we aim to deliver and meet delivery times, sometimes courier issues prevent this. To progress an existing order, please call us on 01527 63055 as we cannot guarantee an instant response to emails.
- Special delivery (including Saturdays) can be arranged at an extra cost and can only be offered at the time you place an order. Please contact us for pricing.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence along with packaging when required.
- Generally, we can only offer refunds on standard stock items (less postage) once un-damaged goods have been returned to us.
- We do not refund postage.
- We cannot provide a refund for bespoke orders/items.
