Product Overview

LiteTiles are ultra slim lighting units available from between 12mm – 20mm thick. They can be used as a light source for worktops and also as a lighting feature behind cookers and hobs.

LiteTile has been designed using the best in LED technology and edge-lighting materials available and have a minimum life expectancy of 50,000 hours. The LiteTile uses a special light enhancing acrylic called Prismex which, in conjunction with the high output LEDs, spreads the light evenly across the whole of the splashback.

LiteTile is available in three options:

Option 1: Single colour, eg white, red, blue, green etc.

Option 2: White and colour-changing LEDs

Option 3: Colour-changing only

The colour-changing version of LiteTile is controlled by an easy-to-use remote control unit which contains 8 pre-set programmes or can be set to programmes and colours of your choice or for more total control LiteTile can be supplied with a fully programmable wall panel.

For standard rectangular tiles the face is covered with low ion frost glass so you will not get the green tint that can appear from ordinary glass panels when illuminated.

For non-standard shaped tiles, e.g. T-shaped or U-shaped, the glass is substituted with polar frost Perspex acrylic.

Installation and Pricing

Standard LiteTile panels:

Option 1:
If you require a standard unit, LiteTile comes with its own integral frame and is a fully sealed unit which only needs basic installation.

Option 2:
Your kitchen installer can install the LiteTile for you.

Option 3:
You can use our fully trained installation team. We would recommend this option if you are having a non-standard shaped tile which will then be built in as an integral part of your kitchen. Please contact us for more details about this service.
